Primary Services

Primary Care
Dr. Purush uses his comprehensive training to monitor your health needs, advise you of potential problems, and work with you to prevent them. He will handle all your primary healthcare needs, tracking your health and helping you attain a longer, healthier lifespan.

In Office Testing
As your primary care office, we have taken every step to ensure the most convenient and comprehensive visits. In one scheduled appointment, you will have the opportunity to visit with your physician and review the results of in-office diagnostic tests, such as ultrasounds, EKGs, allergy tests, and more.

In Office Procedures
We offer a wide variety of in-office tests and procedures. These services are used to monitor your health, advise you of potential problems, and diagnose injuries and illnesses. Save yourself from long wait times and the hassle of driving around town with our in-office procedures.

Cognitive Program
Here at Apurva, we believe that all areas of your health are of the highest importance. To ensure this, Dr. Purush has developed his own cognitive program.
We begin with a cognitive or brain health screening, which provides us with a baseline evaluation of your cognitive health. Our providers will review your screening and determine if additional follow-up is necessary. If follow-up is recommended, our providers will order the innovative RestoreU METHOD blood work and program to give you true, goal-oriented, clinically-proven results. The RestoreU METHOD program provides you with a comprehensive look at the key metabolic factors that may be causing your cognitive decline. Based on the results of your blood chemistry, RestoreU will provide you with lifestyle-changing material, designed to be tailored to the individual areas where you need improvement. During the same visit, you will also receive a full cognitive work up and a referral to neuropsychology. We will continue to be a partner in all areas of your healthcare and follow-up on your cognitive health to ensure you have, not only the longest lifespan possible but also the highest quality of life possible.
Services

Ultrasound
Cardiac and Vascular Ultrasound
This imaging method uses high-frequency sound waves to produce images of the cardiac and vascular structures in your body.

EKG
An electrocardiogram records the electrical signals in your heart. It is used to quickly detect heart problems and monitor your heart’s health.

Allergy Testing
Allergy testing is performed to determine whether your body has an allergic reaction to a known substance. This exam can be in the form of a blood test, a skin test, or an elimination diet.

Immunotherapy
Immunotherapy is a preventive treatment for allergic reactions to substances, such as grass pollens, tree pollens, dust mites, foods, etc. Immunotherapy involves giving gradually increasing doses of the substance (allergen) to which the person is allergic.

Ear Irrigation
Ear Irrigation is a routine procedure used to remove excess earwax (also called cerumen) and foreign materials from the ear.

Joint Injections
Cortisone shots can help relieve pain and inflammation in specific areas of your body. They are most commonly injected into joints.

IV Infuvite
IV Infuvite, a powerful influx of fluids and nutrients, could rapidly improve the health of your skin, joints, and muscles by flushing toxins from these areas.

Spirometry
Spirometry is a common office test used to assess how well your lungs work by measuring how much air you inhale, how much you exhale, and how quickly you exhale.

Ankle-brachial index (ABI)
The ABI test is a simple way for your doctor to determine how well your blood is flowing in your extremities. We use this test to check for peripheral artery disease (PAD).

In-home sleep study
To diagnose sleep apnea or other sleep disorders, a patient must undergo polysomnography (PSG; a sleep study).

Overnight Oximetry
Overnight oximetry is a test used to monitor the amount of oxygen in your blood while you sleep. As a vital part of the initial evaluation process for respiratory diseases, overnight oximetry helps determine the need to start, continue, or increase home oxygen therapy for your respiratory condition.

Mobile Cardiac Outpatient Telemetry (MCOT)
MCOTs have an extended memory capable of continuously measuring heart rate and rhythm over several days. Cardiac events are detected, even if the patient is asymptomatic.
